The co -construction and sharing of literature resources is the future development direction of Library. successful literature resources sharing system should follow the three principles,including four elements as well. Re- gional literature resource sharing system should have scientific management framework ,long - term operation mecha- nism as well as the coordination reasonable system, need to have quick and convenient services, at the same time al- so need to have enough stable financial support, so that we can guarantee the sustainable development of the sharingsystem.
