摘要
通过对游戏机手柄塑件的结构与成型工艺分析,从塑件与材料、2D排位和3D模具三方面入手,重点剖解了2D里"原始图→已收缩→已镜像"流程、定义成型部件尺寸及调用标准模架、浇注系统设计、斜顶机构设计、推出机构设计、冷却系统设计等部分的设计流程,再简单介绍了模具3D化,完整地分析了它的设计。
