摘要
多样条注射模可避免换模,减少模具制造成本。文中设计了4型腔非平衡式样条注射模流道结构,运用MoldFlow软件模拟熔料的充填和流动过程,通过比较各个方案的性能,获得最佳流道设计。
Muhi-spline injection mold could avoid change, decrease the costing of mold making. This article described the four cavity non-equilibrium injection mold runner system design, and used the MoldFlow software to simulate the filling and flowing process, by comparing the performance of various options, the best runner system was selected.
