风咳方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效及其对血嗜酸性粒细胞和免疫球蛋白E的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的观察风咳方对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的疗效及对嗜酸性粒细胞、免疫球蛋白E(Ig)的影响。方法将CVA患者89例随机分为治疗组59例和对照组30例,分别予风咳方和常规西药治疗,疗程4周。观察治疗前后症状积分、血中嗜酸性细胞计数、IgE计数、肺功能及支气管激发试验。结果治疗组愈显率、总有效率分别为49.2%(29/59)和91.5%(54/59),对照组愈显率、总有效率分别为40.0%(12/30)和70.7%(23/30),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组中医证候总积分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组血清IgE计数、嗜酸性粒细胞计数降低,与治疗前及对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗后治疗组支气管激发试验转阴率为31.60%(18/41),对照组转阴率为25.0%(7/23),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论风咳方对CVA患者疗效肯定,同时能明显降低血嗜酸性粒细胞和IgE计数,其治疗机理与减轻患者高敏状态有一定关系。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Wind Cough Prescription on cough variant asthma(CVA) and its influence on eosnophils and immunoglobulin E(IgE).Methods A total of 89 cases of CVA was randomly divided into treatment group(59 cases) and control group(30 cases),and treated with Wind Cough Prescription and western medicine respectively for 4 weeks.Symptoms score,the number of eosnophils and IgE in the blood,lung function and bronchial provocation test of the two groups before and after the treatment were detected.Results The cure-remarkable-effectiveness rate and total effective rate were 49.2%(29/59) and 91.5%(54/59) in treatment group,and 40.0%(12/30) and 70.7%(23/30) in control group,showing no significant difference between the two groups(P 0.05).After treatment,the symptoms score of the two groups both decreased obviously,with no statistical significance between the two groups(P 0.05).Serum IgE and eosnophils were decreased in the treatment group and control group after treatment with statistical significance(P 0.05,P 0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.After treatment,negative conversion rate of bronchial provocation test in the treatment group and the control group was 31.6%(18/41) and 25.0%(7/23) respectively,with no significant difference between them(P 0.05).Conclusion Wind Cough Prescription had curative effect on CVA,as well as lessening the number of eosnophils and IgE in blood.The mechanism is related to relieving the highly sensitive state of patients.
