基于CNKI的中医治疗肥胖文献计量学分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Obesity Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on CNKI Database

目的分析国内发表的中医治疗肥胖的文献特征,为本领域科研人员提供参考。方法以中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)为资料来源,从文献计量学角度对1965年以来中国期刊收录的中医治疗肥胖文献进行分析,从发表年度、文献来源、文献类型、作者单位、基金资助及被引用等几方面进行统计与分析。结果截至2011年12月31日,共检索到相关文献1088篇。文献数量总体呈逐年上升趋势,尤其在2008年以后呈快速增长;发文单位以中医药大学(学院)占绝大多数;文献以临床研究为主,占50.37%;受各级科研基金资助文献占5.15%;文献被引用频次总体偏低。结论中医治疗肥胖的临床和科研工作越来越受到重视,但仍存在一些问题需要进一步解决与探讨。

Objective To analyze the literature characteristics on obesity treatment with traditional Chinese medicine published in China,and provide reference for researchers.Methods The papers relevant to obesity treatment with traditional Chinese medicine published since 1965 in CNKI database were statistically analyzed from the aspects of publishing year,document sources,document types,author’s institution,research funds and citation with bibliometrics method.Results We acquired 1088 papers published before Dec 31,2011,and found the number of papers increased gradually,especially after 2008.Authors of the papers were mainly from TCM universities or colleges.50.37% of the papers were clinical research papers.Papers supported by research funds accounted for 5.15% in all the literature.The literature had low citation frequency as a whole.Conclusion The research and clinical work of obesity treatment with traditional Chinese medicine are paid more close attention in recent years.But there are still some problems that need to be solved.
