Optimization of Extraction Process of Jiufen Cataplasm by Orthogonal Design with Multi-indexes

目的对九分巴布剂中生物碱的提取工艺进行研究,确定最佳工艺路线。方法采用多指标正交试验法,以处方中主要有效成分士的宁、总生物碱含量及浸膏得率为指标,筛选最佳工艺条件。结果最优提取工艺为:以水为溶剂,加8倍量,提取2 h,提取2次。结论该工艺方法简便、可行,适于生产。

Objective To optimize the extraction process of Jiufeng cataplasm by studying the extraction process of alkaloids.Methods Orthogonal design with multi-indexes was employed for selecting the optimum extraction process by the indexes of the contents of stychnine,total alkaloids and total solid yield.Results The optimum extraction process of Jiufeng cataplasm was as follows：adding 8-fold water into the mixture of drugs and extracting 2 hours for 2 times.Conclusion The process was reasonable and feasible,and the technology is fit for production.
