卓越工程师培养计划着力解决高等工程教育中的实践性和创新性问题,强化机械专业本科毕业设计质量对卓越工程师培养非常重要。毕业设计是学生建立知识联系的有效途径,是进行专业综合训练的有效方式,是适应工作环境、建立学生与企业之间的联系的有效途径,能充分发挥学生的创造性和主观能动性。为了提高就业质量,黑龙江科技学院机械专业的毕业设计在厂校联合指导、双师型教师培养、毕业设计题目引入竞争机制、强化应用与实践、项目式题目设置和创新方法的引入等方面进行了有针对性地改革。

The outstanding engineers training project aims to resolve question of engineering practice ability and innovation ability in high engineering education.Graduation project quality in mechanical major is important to train outstanding engineers.Graduation project is the effective way to build connection of knowledge and carry on professional training.It also is the effective method to suit the future working environment and establish connection between students and enterprise.At the same time,graduation project give full play to students' creativity and subjective initiative.In order to improve employment quality graduation project quality in mechanical major carry on reform in school and enterprise directing,double-ability teaching staff training,leading into competition mechanism of graduation project subject,strengthening application and practice,project-type subject offered and leading into innovation methods.
