摘要
针对现有高压清洗机调压卸荷阀存在的缺点,介绍了一种家用高压清洗机开关枪压力阀的工作原理,并对其结构进行设计,同时,建立了开关枪压力阀在开枪和关枪工作过程的压力变化的数学模型。通过实例推导了柱塞弹簧、阀芯弹簧的设计计算方法,得出活塞的运动规律。最后,对产品试验方案进行设计并对样机进行实验研究,证明设计理论的正确性和结构设计的合理性。
On the shortcomings of the existing pressure regulating unloading valve of high pressure cleaner, the working principle of the opening-closing nozzle gun pressure valve of household high pressure cleaner are introduced as well as the structure is designed. Meanwhile the mathematic model of pressure change in the working process of the opening and closing nozzle gun are established. The calculation method for plunger spring and valve core spring are deduced by examples, and the motion law of pistons is obtained. Finally product test scheme is designed and prototype is experimental studied which confirms correctness of the design theory and reasonableness of the structure design.
