子宫恶性中胚叶混合瘤的超声图像及临床病理分析

摘要 目的观察子宫恶性中胚叶混合瘤(MMMT)的超声图像及临床病理特征。方法回顾分析经手术及病理证实的17例MMMT患者的超声表现、临床症状及病理特征。结果 2例病灶位于宫颈,15例位于宫体;全部为单发;肿块直径2.1～9.7(6.5±2.7)cm;其中实性结构5例,呈均匀低回声,囊实性结构10例,呈混合/蜂窝状回声,全部表现为边界模糊。CDFI示12例病灶血流丰富,5例病灶血流不丰富。结论 MMMT具有特征性的声像图,其超声表现与病理组织学特征密切相关。
