ASICs在骨相关疾病中的表达、功能变化及意义

摘要 骨骼是人体内重要的酸缓冲系统。人体代谢过程中产生的90%代谢酸是由人体骨组织与软组织缓冲的。由此可见,骨骼系统对体内酸碱平衡调节具有极其重要的意义。相应的,酸性环境亦会影响骨骼系统的构成与功能,如释放ca^2+等。
