恩替卡韦、肝复乐片联合治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化112例

Entecavir, ganfule tablet combination therapy for hepatitis B cirrhosis in 112 cases

目的探讨恩替卡韦、肝复乐片联合治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效。方法将224例慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化患者分为观察组和对照组各112例,两组均采取常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗外另给予恩替卡韦、肝复乐片联合治疗。结果观察组显效率为66.07%,总有效率为92.86%,均较对照组高(χ2=11.27,P<0.01;χ2=6.69,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组GGT、AST、ALT水平较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论恩替卡韦、肝复乐片治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化效果显著,患者肝功能改善明显,是一种有效的治疗方法。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect on the entecavir, a ganfule tablet in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver cirrhosis. Methods Two hundred ang twenty-four patients with chronic hepatitis B liver cirrhosis patients were randomly divided into the observation group, the control group with 112 cases in each group, two groups were given conventional therapy, besides the conventional treatment, the observation group were given another treatment of combining entecavir andganfule tablet. Results In observation group, the effective rate was 66.07%, with a total effective rate of 92.86%, higher than the contrast group （χ2 =11.27, P 0.01; χ2 =6.69, P 0.05）. After treatment, GGT, AST, ALT levels in observation group were improved significantly than the control group （P 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect on the entecavir, ganfule tablet in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver cirrhosis is significance, and patients＇ liver function improved obviously, it is an effective treatment method.
