黏液型铜绿假单胞菌对抗生素的耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨黏液型铜绿假单胞菌(PA)的耐药性和耐药特征,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法采用湖南天地人微生物分析系统对辽阳市二院2009年1月~2012年12月临床分离的95株黏液型铜绿假单胞菌耐药情况进行数据分析。结果黏液型铜绿假单胞菌对美洛培南100.0%敏感,其余抗菌药物的耐药率为2.1%~35.8%;2009年~2012年黏液型铜绿假单胞菌对除美洛培南以外的其他抗生素耐药性有上升趋势。结论黏液型铜绿假单胞菌对抗生素体外药敏试验耐药性较低,但由于产生生物膜,体内呈耐药现象。临床治疗选药时必须考虑黏液型铜绿假单胞菌在体内存在生物膜的影响因素,应加强监测,指导临床合理使用抗生素并控制医院耐药菌感染的流行。 Objective To investigate the drug resistance and its resistance characterisitics of mucoid pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA), for the guidance of clinical rational selection of antimicrobial agents. Methods Ninety-five clinical isolates of mucous pseudomonas aeruginosa collected from January 2009 to December 2012 in the Second People's Hospital of Liaoyang City was analysed by Hu'nan TIANDIREN microbial analysis system. Results The resistance of mucoid pseudomonas aeruginosa to meropenem was 100.0% sensitive, the resistance rate of other antibiotics was 2.1%-35.8%; antibiotic resistance was rised except meropenem from 2009 to 2012. Conclusion Mucoid pseudomonas aeruginosa resistance to theantibiotic is lower, but due to the biological membrane, it is always presents drug resistance phenomenon in vivo. Clinical drug selection must considered for the influence factors of mucoid pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm in vivo, we should strengthen the surveillance so as to guide clinical rational use of antibiotics, and to control hospital drug-resistant bacteria infection.
