重复肾输尿管畸形的MRI诊断价值

MRI diagnostic value of repetitive kidney ureteral deformities

目的探讨重复肾输尿管畸形的MR常规扫描及磁共振尿路造影术(MRU)的形态学表现及诊断价值。方法对收集的43例重复肾输尿管畸形患者的MR常规扫描及MRU图像进行回顾性分析。结果 43例重复肾输尿管畸形,无积水型25例、积水型18例。重复输尿管囊状扩张(或巨输尿管)15例,重复输尿管开口异位14例。结论泌尿系的MR常规检查结合MRU对积水型重复肾输尿管的显示更直观、更全面,对重复输尿管异位开口判断准确。

Objective To investigate the morphological performance and diagnostic value of MR routine scan and magnetic resonance urography （MRU） in repetitive kidney ureteral deformities. Methods The MR and MRU images from 43 case of repetitive kidney ureteral deformities was retrospectively studied. Results Among all of 43 cases of repetitive kidney ureteral deformities, 25 cases with no hydrops, 18 cases with hydronephrosis, 15 case with duplicate ureters cystic expansion （or megaureter）, 14 cases with repeat ectopic ureter openings. Conclusions The display of the combination of MR routine scan and MRU in repetitive kidney ureteral deformities is more overall and more intuitive, and can accurate distinguish the repeat cctopic ureter openings.
