中西医结合治疗原发性高血压临床疗效分析

Clinical effectiveness analysis of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treatment of primary hypertension

目的探讨原发性高血压患者采用中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法选取本院2010年1月～2012年6月收治的120例原发性高血压患者,随机将患者分成对照组与观察组,其中对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上与中药结合治疗。结果观察组患者效果优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压患者采用中西医结合治疗能够获得明显的治疗效果,具有重要的推广意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of primary hypertension treated by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with primary hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to June 2012 were selected and randomly assigned into observation group and control group. The control group was treated by conventional western medicine, while the observation group was treated by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the base of control group treatment. Results After treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the therapeutic effects of patients in observation group was better than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can achieve significant therapeutic effect in treating patients with primary hypertension, and it has great significance of promotion in clinical treatment of primary hypertension.
