吉尔吉斯斯坦是我国友邻,金属矿产资源丰富,采矿业是其优势产业。该国鼓励外国资本投资矿业开发,重视国际合作,发展市场经济,有较好的政治经济基础,法律法规相对健全,是一个局势相对稳定的国家。其矿业投资环境总体向好,我国矿业企业应积极参与该国矿业开发。文章通过对吉尔吉斯斯坦基本国情、资源状况与地质工作程度、政治经济政策的介绍,分析探讨了吉尔吉斯矿业投资环境及风险。

Kyrgyzstan, is China＇ s friendly neighbor country, which is rich in metal mineral resources, the mining industry is their prevailing industry. The country encourages foreign capital to invest in mining development, pays attention on international coop- eration, develop market economy. The country has good political and economic foundations, and set up relatively mature laws and regu-lations, thus the situation of the country is a relatively stable and its mining investment environment is generally favorable. The Chinese enterprises and companies should actively participate in the country＇ s mining development. This article introduces basic national situa-tions, resource conditions and geological work levels, political and economic policies of kyrgyzstan, analyzes the mining investment en-vironment and investment risk in Kyrgyzstan.
