后危机时代大学毕业生就业期望的实证研究

Empirical Study on Employment Expectancy of College or University Graduates in Post Financial Crisis Era

金融危机一度致使全球经济下行,也冲击着中国经济,造成企业用工萎缩;加之大学生的连年扩招,加剧了大学毕业生就业形势的进一步恶化。经受危机的洗礼,在后危机时代大学毕业生的就业期望表现出一系列新趋向。应用问卷方法,对湖南二十多所高校的大学毕业生进行调查,结果发现,在后危机时代,大学毕业生的薪酬预期更趋理性、择业更加注重发展空间、就业更加重视能力提升,多元化格局更加凸显。最后,提出一系列破解大学毕业生就业难的对策建议。

Financial crisis once resulted in a global economic downturn, and exerted impact on China＇s economy, brought the shrink of enterprises＇ employment. Moreover, with the expanded enrollment of college or university students for years, the situation of college or university graduates became further deterioration. Undergone the crisis, the employment expectations of college or university graduates exhibited a series of new trends in post financial crisis era. Using questionnaire method, the paper conducted a survey covering over 20 colleges and universities in Hunan province. The results found that remuneration expectations of college or university graduates have become more rational, paid more attention to the development of space in career choice, put more emphasis on capacity building at work in post financial crisis era, showing more prominent diversification. Finally, we put forward some solutions to College or University Graduates＇ employment.
