摘要
本文分析了故障电弧导致火灾的可能性与严重性,简述了目前国内外相关保护装置的发展与现状。详细介绍了故障电弧保护装置的设计流程与技术关键点。其中利用周期差别检验算法实现故障电弧与正常电路的区别,以达到准确检验故障电弧,由Mcu将采样数值分析最终发出断路保护信号,切断电路。并简要介绍了实验测试方法、过程与结果。
The treatise is about Arc-Fault Circuit Breaker' s design. Firstly, it talks about the series Arc-Fault is possible to cause fire disaster, so that it is dangerous to people' s life and properties. Then, some words are talking about the developing and current situation in our country as well as the foreign countries. Mainly, the thesis is about the arc-fault circuit breaker' s design flow and its major technique, which uses Test Cycle Difference Algorithm to differ the abnormal from the normal electric arc. The MCU will take and analyze the data and make final decision to send the signal to turn off the circuit intending to protect the circuits. And the last thesis is about the means, procedures and results of some experiments.
