School Development Paradigm Shift and Cultural Orientation

学校发展从政治范式、经济范式走上文化范式,既是时代的必然趋势,也是逻辑的必然结果。目前,在我国学校发展中,经济范式依然占主流,作为经济范式变式的绩效范式、资源范式、特色范式并不完全符合学校的本旨,学校发展必将被文化范式所取代。文化范式是以人的发展为中心,从人出发建构学校文化,在学校文化中培育人的自由健全个性所形成的学校发展范式。文化范式框架下对于学校组织和教育均衡发展有着新的认识。实现学校发展和教育优质均衡的关键在于创生学校文化。

It is an inevitable trend both of time and logic for schools to develop from the political paradigm and the economic paradigm onto the cultural paradigm. Currently, performance paradigm, resource paradigm, and characteristic paradigm are all variants of the economic paradigm, which is still the main aspect. But they do not fully conform to the purpose of school development and will be inevitably replaced by the cultural paradigm. Cultural paradigm puts human development at the center, constructing school culture based on the man and nurturing man＇ s free personality in school culture. The cultural paradigm has a new improvement on the school organization and the balanced development of education, which believes the key is the creation of school culture for school development and quality balanced education.
