摘要
教师个体文化能力是教师个体对教师文化的建构能力和创造能力,它表现为教师个体的文化自觉能力、文化引导能力、文化辐射能力以及文化坚守能力。教师个体文化能力的提升要建立在教师个体具有文化重建的能动性以及具有意志自由获取能力的基本假定之基础上。基于假定,教师个体文化能力的重建要通过三种路径:构建教师职业风险保护制度,提升教师岗位安全感;构建教师个体自我的精神家园,形成教师独立自主的人格;构建弹性的教师管理与评价制度,给教师留有精神坚守的空间。
Cultural competence of individual teachers refers to the constructive ability and creative ability individual teachers have on teacher culture. It is shown as individual teachers' cultural consciousness ability, cultural guidance ability, cultural radiation ability and cultural defense ability. To enhance the individual teachers' cultural competence, it should be based on the basic hypothesis that individual teachers have the initiative to reconstruct culture as well as the ability of obtaining will and freedom. Based on the hypothesis, there are three paths to reconstruct the cultural competence of individual teachers: building the teacher's occupational risk protection system to promote teachers' job security; constructing the teachers' individual spiritual homeland to form teachers' independent personality; building the flexible management and evaluation system to retain the space for teachers to stick to their own spirit.
