摘要
文章用硬脂酸对气溶胶灭火剂进行包覆,采用吸湿增量、剩余增量及扫描电镜表征了包覆之后的灭火剂的效果,并与包覆前的效果进行了对比。通过测试发现:用硬脂酸包覆后的气溶胶灭火剂,其吸湿增量在温度为20℃,相对湿度为92.5%条件下,药剂的质量增加不超过2%,剩余增量也明显减小,通过扫描电镜SEM测试,包覆后的灭火剂结块小,且均匀分布,对气溶胶灭火剂的燃烧性能没有影响。
In this paper, stearic acid was used to coat on aerosol fire extinguishing agent. Hygroscopic increment, residual increment and scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize the effectiveness of the coated fire extinguis- hing agent, in comparison with the results before coating. According to the testin~ results, the increment of the coated aero- sol fire extinguishing agent is less than 2% and the residual increment is significantly reduced at 20℃ and the relative humidity of 92.5%. The SEM results show that the agglomerates of the coated fire extinguishing agent are small and uniformly distributed, which have no effect on the flammability of the aerosol fire extinguishing agent.
