摘要
煤气热值是煤气品质的衡量指标,当煤气热值发生波动时,会对联合循环部分的功率以及整个IGCC电站的效率带来一定的损害。为了保证常规联合循环部分的煤气品质,必须对气化后所产生的煤气热值进行控制。针对Shell气化炉,设计了预测函数控制器(PFC)对气化炉热值的控制,并与传统的PID控制策略进行了比较。仿真表明PFC控制器具有良好的跟踪能力和抗干扰能力。
Gas calorific value is the measure of gas quality,and will bring some damage to the power of combined cycle part and efficiency of the IGCC plant when it fluctuates.In order to ensure the quality of the gas,gas calorific value must be controlled.In this paper,predictive functional control (PFC) is designed for the Shell gasifier to control its prediction calorific value,and compared with the traditional PID control strategy.
