摘要
中国机器人大赛投篮机器人竞赛要求机器人不但能够准确定位篮筐,还要求机器人能够灵活控制电磁铁弹射的力度。当电磁铁需要高升压比时普通的拓扑结构无法满足要求,利用反激拓扑结构法设计了一种输出可调节的高升压比DC-DC转换器,并通过NI公司CompactRIO实时控制器的控制,达到根据目标篮筐的距离自动实现弹射的力度,满足了实际竞赛的要求。
The RoboCup basketball shooting robot Competition requires the basketball shooting robot not only to locate the basketball accurately,but also to control the strength of the electromagnet catapult flexibly.Ordinary topologies cannot meet the requirements of high boost of the electromagnet.A DC-DC converter with high boost ratio whose output can be adjusted based on flyback topolology is designed in this paper.It has been used on CompactRIO real-time controller and can able to adjust the catapult intensity automatically according to the distance of the basketry,and can met the requirements of the actual contest.
