一种阀芯自动拆卸装置的系统设计

Design of a Valve Core Automatic Disassembling Device

针对一种阀体和阀芯分离的要求设计其相应的拆卸装置,包括该拆卸装置的硬件结构和软件系统。硬件介绍了各机构的功能和关键部件、装置的气动原理等;软件系统分析了PLC的选择,I/O点的分配,PLC程序的编制思路和关键环节的处理。提供了从机械结构到软件逻辑方面的新思路。

A disassembling device is designed in this paper which is aimed at the requirement of valve body and valve core separation and it includes two parts：hardware and software.The hardware introduced every part＇s function,key component and the pneumatic principle,etc.The software analyzed the choice of PLC、I / O distribution,programming thought and dispose of key factors.This paper provides a new thought from mechanical construction to software.
