摘要
为消除ZJ17卷接机组VE供丝系统的高压风机存在的启动电流大、运行噪音大、电能损耗大等缺陷,基于过程控制的原理,通过对VE供丝系统高压风机过程控制参数的研究,采用由测量元件、控制元件、执行元件组成的单回路过程控制系统,对高压风机进行闭环变频改造。改造后,VE供丝系统的负压稳定,满足了机组工艺风力需要;风机电机经常以较低的频率运行,既节约了电能,又延长了电机的使用寿命。
In order to Eliminate the defects of high starting current,high running noise,high electric en'ergy loss of high pressure fan of VE cut tobacco feeding system in cigarette machine,according to the process control principle.Through the study of pro- cess control parameters of the high pressure fan,single loop process control system,which consists of measuring elements, control elements,executive elements,is applied on improvement of frequency control of high pressure fan.After the improvement,the vacuum of VE cut tobacco feeding system is stable to meet the requirements of the machine's pneumatic feeding.
