摘要
以乙腈-丙酮(50+50)混合溶液为萃取剂,麦麸粉为分散剂对化妆品样品中防腐剂和抗氧化剂等6种限量物质进行分散萃取,提取液供高效液相色谱仪二极管阵列检测器测定。选用Inertsil ODS-sp C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)作为固定相,用甲醇和pH 3.5乙酸铵溶液以不同比例混合的溶液作为流动相进行梯度淋洗。在优化的试验条件下,6种化合物的质量浓度在0.20~100mg.L-1范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,方法检出限(3S/N)在0.004~0.015mg.kg-1之间。用标准加入法测得回收率在85.4%~113%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在1.1%~6.9%之间。
Six substances of limited quantities, i. extracted by dispersive extraction with acetonitrile-acetone dispersant. The extract was used for HPLC analysis, e., preservatives and anti-oxidant in cosmetics were (50+50) mixture as solvent and wheat bran powder as with DAD for detection. Inertsil ODS-sp C18 column (4.6 minX250 ram, 5 btm) was used as stationary phase and mixtures of methanol and ammonium acetate solution of pH 3. 5 with different mixing ratio were used as mobile phase in the gradient elution. Under the optimized conditions, linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 6 compounds were kept in the same range of 0. 20-100 mg·kg^-1, with detection limits (3S/N)in the range of 0. 004--0. 015 mg ·kg^-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 85.4%-113% with RSD's (n=5) in the range of 1.1%- 6.9 %.
