荧光光度法测定水体中痕量邻苯二酚 被引量:8

摘要 在pH 3.2的酸性介质中,邻苯二酚与染料天青Ⅰ相互作用导致荧光强度明显增强,以发射波长343.0nm测定时,邻苯二酚的浓度在0.075~30μmol.L-1范围内与其荧光的增强程度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s/k)为7.51nmol.L-1。方法用于实际水样分析,加标回收率在97.0%~104%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在2.8%~3.9%之间。 In an acidic medium of pH 3.2, sensitization effect of dye azure 1 on the fluorescence of catechol was observed obviously. The magnitude of increase in fluorescence intensity was found to keep linear relationship with the concentration of catechol in the range of 0. 075 - 30 ptmol·L^-1 ; when measured at the wavelength of 343. 0 nm (λem). Detection limit (3s/k) of the method was found to be 7.51 nmol ·L^-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of water sample, giving values of recovery obtained by standard addition method in the range of 97.0%--104% with RSD's (n=5) in the range of 2.8%-3.9%.
