静导向叶片环的真空钎焊工艺研究

摘要 在修理1989年生产的石横电厂2#机时,发现现实条件已不允许按照当年生产工艺进行修理,需采用新工艺。因此,采用电火花线切割割孔,并优化氩弧焊及真空钎焊工艺。在极大地缩短风扇加工周期的同时,风扇的焊接质量也得到了极大程度地提高。另外,还介绍了重新制造风扇过程中所涉及的多种新工艺和新方法。 When repairing the 1989's product by our factory, No.2 generator in the Shiheng Power Plant, new process should be applied because following that year's productive workmanship was impossible since over 20 years passed. Such process as cutting holes by electric discharge wire cut, optimized sub-arc welding and vacuum braze welding were adopted, so as to shorten the repair period a great deal and increase the welding quality significantly. Also, many new technique and processing method to remake this fan were introduced.
