摘要 原发性肾小球肾炎(PGN)及相关免疫疾病与免疫系统的关系非常密切,免疫系统相关基因的多态性可能与PGN的发生、发展有关。甘露聚糖结合凝集素(MBL)是固有免疫防御系统的重要组成部分。MBL基因多态性与PGN的发生可能存在密切的关系,从MBL基因多态性入手,对揭示PGN的发病机制、采取有针对性的个体治疗等具有重要的意义。 There are very close relationship among primary glomerulonephritis (PGN) , related immune disea- ses and immune system. Gene polymorphism of immune system may be associated with the occurrence and develop- ment of PGN. Mannan-binding lectin (MBL) is an important constituent of natural immune defense system. The polymorphism of MBL gene may exist a close relationship with PGN. It is important to study the gene polymorphism for revealing the pathogenesis of PGN and taking a targeted individual therapy.
