Japanese encyclopedia provides the necessary and complete knowledge and factual information for Japanese learners. In order to help readers to further understand the features of the compiling style of Japanese Encyclopedia, and to provide some helps for Japanese learners in using and searching encyclopedia, and as well as to provide references for the compilation of Chinese Encyclopedia, this paper discusses in detail the compiling style of Japanese Encyclopedia.
