This paper analyzes the present situation and advantages of online book-acquisitioning under network environment, introduces the superiorities and shortages of university library＇s online book-acquisitioning, points out that the coordinated development of online book-acquisitioning and physical bookstore acquisitioning is a trend of university library＇s book-acquisitioning, and puts forward some requirements of online book-acquisitioning for the quality of book- acquisitioning personnel.
