摘要
高校图书馆的管理与服务,应坚持"以人为本",在管理中体现人本化,在服务中注重个性化,通过人性化的管理与服务,从而提升图书馆整体管理水平和服务水平。对图书馆的人性化管理和服务进行了探讨。
The management and service of university library should adhere to the people-based concept, reflect the humanistic concept in the management and pay attention to the individuation in service, so as to improve the whole management and service level through humanistic management. This paper probes into the humanistic management and service of the libraqry.
