The Present Situation and Development Strategy of Basic Level Public Library

基层公共图书馆已经成为我国公共文化服务的重要组成部分。通过分析我国基层公共图书馆的现状,指出近些年来我国基层公共图书馆发展迅速、成绩斐然,但也存在诸多问题,针对问题,提出了一些有利于基层公共图书馆发展的策略。

The basic level public library is an important component of the public cultural service in China. Through analyzing the present situation of the basic level public library in China, this paper points out that in recent years the basic level public library in China has developed rapidly and has made brilliant achievements, but many problems are still exist, and in the light of these problems, puts forward some strategies that are advantageous to the development of basic-level public library.
