信息化条件下联合作战指挥人才的培养研究

Study on the Cultivation of the Joint Operation Commanders under the Conditions of Informatization

面对世界新军事变革和我军使命的不断发展变化,加强联合作战指挥人才的培养,是我军信息化条件下人才队伍建设的重要组成部分。针对我军面临的形势、任务和发展实际,研究了国外联合作战指挥人才的培养经验,在分析我军联合作战人才培养问题的基础上,提出了关于信息化条件下联合作战指挥人才培养的几点建议。

Facing the world＇s new military revolution and continuous development and changes of Chinese army＇s mission, strengthening the cultivation of joint operation commanders is an important part of Chinese army＇s talent team construction under the conditions of informatization. According to the situation, task and development practice faced by Chinese army, this paper studies foreign countries＇ experiences in the cultivation of joint operations command talents, and based on the problem of Chinese army＇ s cultivation of joint operations command talents, puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of joint operations command talents under the conditions of informatization.
