中哈特殊食药用菌的收集分离及功效评价

哈萨克斯坦有丰富的食药用菌资源,如牛肝菌、猴头菌、块菌、桦褐孔菌等,均具有很高的研究价值。山西气候和地形复杂多样,造就了丰富的特殊真菌资源,像五台山、芦芽山、中条山、太行山等独特的气候、丰富的植被条件以及特殊的生态环境,为大型真菌的生长繁殖提供了良好的环境。五台山的台蘑,芦芽山的银盘蘑菇,关帝山的羊肚菌,霍州的枝瑚菌,垣曲虫草,中条山的香棒虫草、块菌等都有很高的研究价值,均是药用及食用价值高的名优真菌。近几年我们对中哈两国特殊食药用菌资源进行了收集分离、液体培养及功效评价。

Kazakhstan has abundant resources of edible and medicinal mushrooms, such as Pocini （Boletus Edulis）,Monkeyhead Mushroom （Hericium erinaceus）, Tuber mdicum cooket Massee, Inonotus obliques（ Fr. ）Pilat, etc., that have a very high research value. The complexity and diversity of Climate and topography in Shanxi create abundant resources of edible and medicinal mushrooms, the unique climate, abundant vegetation conditions and special ecological environment in Wutai mountain, Luya Mountain, Zhongtiao Mountain, and Taihang Mountain, etc. provide a good environment for macro fungi＇ s growth and reproduction. Mushrooms of Wutai Mountain, Yinpan mushrooms of Luya Mountain, Morels （Morchella esculenta） of Guandi Mountain, Ramaria of Huozhou, Cordyceps sinensis of Yuanqu, Cordyceps hawkesii Gray and Tuber mdicum cook et Massee of Zhongtiao Mountain,etc., which have a very high research value, are the medicinal and edible rare fungi with high value. In recent years, we have carried out collection and separation, liquid culture and efficacy evaluation for the special edible and medicinal fungi resources of China and Kazakhstan.
