摘要
采用体视显微镜对厚唇裸重唇鱼的胚胎发育过程进行连续观察和描述。结果表明,受精卵呈卵圆形,卵径较大,吸水膨胀后为(4.41±0.13)mm。在水温为9℃条件下,授精后9h进入卵裂期,23h 30min进入囊胚期,33h进入原肠期,71h进入神经胚期,74h 30min进入器官分化期,210h开始破膜而出,初孵仔鱼全长9.35mm。破膜后16d仔鱼开始上浮。对厚唇裸重唇鱼的胚胎发育特点与其近缘种的差异进行了讨论。
Steteo microscope was used for the continuous observation and description of embryonic development of Gymnodiptychus pachycheilus. The results showed that the fertilized eggs were oval in shape and the diameters were 4.41 mm±0.13 mm after water swelling. The embryo development would last for 210 h when the water temperature was approximately 9℃. The first cleavage occurred at 9 h post-fertilization, and then the blastula and gastrula stages began at 23 h 30 min and 33 h, and neural plate stage began at 71 h. The phase of organ differentiation started at 74 h 30 min time point. Hatching occurred at 210 h and finished at 226 h. The newly hatched larvae were 9.35 mm in average overall length and usually lied on the bottom of the water. Hatched larva fish started to swim after rupture of membrane for 16 d. Moreover, the difference of embryonic development between G. pachycheilus and relative species was discussed.
