摘要
针对传统手动板框压滤机在实际生产过程中存在操作劳动强度大,滤泥转光度得不到有效控制等实际问题,提出由触摸屏、PLC组成的自动控制和由电气元件组成的手动控制相结合的一碳板框压滤机自动控制系统,对碳酸法制糖全泥汁过滤的传统手动一碳板框压滤机进行优化升级.实践结果表明,达到了减轻劳动强度、节约人力资源、有效控制滤泥转光度的效果.
In the actual production process of the traditional manual plate and frame filter-press, the polarization of filter mud could not be controlled effectively in such a labor-intensive operation. The one-carbon plate and frame filter-press automatic control system, composed by the touch screen, PLC automatic control system and manual controller of electric components, is delivered to solve the practical problems. It' s an optimization and upgrading product of the traditional one-carbon filter-press. The application of it has been proved it effective in reducing labor intensity, saving human resources, and has achieved a satisfactory control of the polarization of filter mud.
