摘要
建筑琉璃构件胎体中存有大小、形态不一的孔隙.采用扫描电子显微镜对我国古代建筑琉璃构件的显微结构进行了分析,对琉璃构件胎体中孔隙类型进行了观测和总结,结果表明:琉璃构件胎体中的孔隙共有坑洞、颗粒与基质之间的缝隙、粘土矿物微孔隙以及釉层下方裂隙4类,通过对这4类孔隙的形态描述,分析其产生原因,并与我国不同地区古代建筑琉璃构件胎体孔隙进行比较分析,揭示了我国古代建筑琉璃传统工艺,为其研究保护提供相关的基础数据.
Different types of pores were verified in architectural glazed tile of Ming and Qing dynasty in China. The micro-structure of the architectural glazed tile was investigated by scanning electron microscopy, and pores in the body were analyzed. The results show that pores in the body of the architectural glazed tile have four types: pothole,crevices between temper fragment and paste matrix, micro-crevices between clay minerals, and lathy crack below the glaze. The features of these four pores are described in the paper, and the causes are listed and analyzed respectively.
