摘要
某联合循环机组加速度保护动作跳机,由于油质化验错误,使得事件原因变得复杂,虽先后进行反馈装置和信号电缆屏蔽接地的可靠性检查、现场抗干扰性能试验、请外方专家现场分析等,但仍未能找到故障原因。后从油路上检查,发现阀门控制油滤网中存在大量软油皮,找到了故障原因,通过更换阀门滤网的方法消除了故障现象。对该故障分析查找过程中的经验与教训进行了总结,提出了跳机故障的防范措施,供专业人员参考。
Because of oil assay error, the trip reason of a combined cycle unit caused by the acceleration protection action is complex. Although, reliability inspection and field anti-interference performance tests were carried out on feedback device and signal cable shielding grounding, as well as foreign experts were invited for on-site analysis, it still failed to find the fault reason. Then, the oil line was checked and the fault reason were found that a large number of soft skins existed in the valve control oil filter. The fault phenomenon was eliminated by replacing the valve's filter. Finally, the experience and lessons of the fault analysis process are summarized tosuggest preventive measures for trip fault, which will provide references for professionals.
