摘要
通过对某住宅楼工程结构预制构件的生产及装配技术的研究与实施,形成了相应的综合施工技术,解决了整体预制率低、生产以及装配技术滞后等问题,使该工程建设达到了技术先进、质量稳定、安全耐久和节能环保的效果,进而推动了住宅产业化的进程。
Through the research and implementation on prefabricated component production and assembly technology of a residential buildings en- gineering structure, formed corresponding integrated construction technology, solved overall prefabricated rate low, production and assembly tech- nology lag problems, made the engineering construction reached the effects of advanced technology, stable quality, safety durability and energy saving and environmental protection, and then promoted the industrialization of residential development.
