三导洞法连拱隧道下穿建筑物的施工监测分析

摘要 采用常规监测与自动化监测相结合的现场监测手段,研究隧道施工对试验房以及周边环境的影响,研究成果表明:隧道左线没有形成封闭隔水带,隔离桩以外的地表沉降较大;帷幕注浆、基底加固注浆对抑制试验房的沉降速率有一定的效果;补偿注浆施工使房屋得到抬升,从而达到对房屋进行纠偏的目的。 Using the field monitoring means combining with conventional monitoring and automatic monitoring, this paper researched the influence of tunnel construction to test rooms and surrounding environment. The research results showed that : the left line of tunnel did not form a closed core area, the ground settlement outside isolation pile was bigger, the curtain grouting, base reinforcement grouting had certain effect to suppress the settlement rate of test rooms, the compensation grouting construction made the housing uplift, achieve the purposeof rectification of housings.
