对两个坐标系之间的转换模型进行了分析,并以VS2008 VB.NET为开发平台开发了七参数解算软件,通过不同区域的实例验证了其准确性和可靠性,具有一定的生产应用价值。
The paper analyzes the transformation models between two coordinate systems, develops seven parameter billing software by taking VS2008 VB. NET as the development platform, and proves its accuracy and reliability by experiments in different areas, so it has certain produc- tion value.
