摘要
为提升建筑工程项目管理水平,增强企业竞争力,提出了以目标控制为核心任务,做好三控两管一协调工作的工程项目科学管理方法,以期实现工程项目全方位、全过程管理。
In order to improve the management level of construction project, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, this paper put forward as object control to core task, done well the engineering project scientific management method of three control two management and one coordination work, in order to realize the project all-round, whole process management.
