野生蔬菜地笋温度生物学的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对野生蔬菜地笋的温度生物学进行了研究,结果表明:播种后土壤中地笋根状茎萌发的最低地温为4.3℃;空气中地笋根状茎萌发的最适温度为20℃,并且播后第1d就观察到萌发现象,萌发的天数仅为3d;10cm地温对地笋出苗影响最大且出苗最适10cm地温范围为13.3℃~22.7℃;除株展外,株高、茎粗、叶数和叶面积均与10cm和15cm地温呈极显著正相关,与气温呈显著正相关,幼苗生长最适10cm地温范围为17.7℃~27.7℃,最适的气温范围为17.0℃~24.7℃;地笋幼苗的地上部分致死温度是-12℃;地笋根状茎的致死气温是-24℃。 Studied on the biological temperature in Lycopus lucidus Turcz.The results showed that the lowest temperature while the rhizome of Lycopus lucidus can germinated in soil after sowing was 4.3℃.The optimum temperature while the rhizome of Lycopus lucidus can germinated in the air was 20℃.The 10cm soil temperature had the biggest effect on emerging of Lycopus lucidus,and the optimum temperature range of 10cm soil was 13.3℃~22.7℃.The 10cm soil temperature was the leading factor affecting the growth of Lycopus lucidus seedling.The range of the optimum temperature of 10cm soil during small seedling stage was 17.7℃~27.7℃,and the range of the optimum atmospheric temperature during small seedling stage was 17.0℃~24.7℃.The lethal temperature of Lycopus lucidus seedling was-12℃,and the lethal temperature of the rhizome of Lycopus lucidus was-24℃ in the air.
