摘要
运用四因素五水平二次通用旋转组合试验设计方法,对高粱杂交种"赤杂28"留苗密度、播种期、种肥硫酸钾、追肥尿素4项主要农艺栽培措施对产量作用的单因素效应、综合效应及交互效应分析,阐明了4项农艺栽培措施对产量的影响和效应。结果表明:在本试验条件下,"赤杂28"获得较稳定的最高产量(11441.74±1087.25)㎏/hm2的栽培措施组合方案(95%置信限)为留苗密度为82 500株/hm2~97 500株/hm2,播种期为5月21日~26日,种肥硫酸钾为112.5㎏/hm2~150㎏/hm2,追施尿素为375㎏/hm2~450㎏/hm2。各因素对产量影响的主次顺序为:尿素>留苗密度>播种期>硫酸钾。
Using the tri-factor orthogonal design of four factors at five levels,analysis single factor effect,integrated effects and interaction effects on yield of new sorghum hybrids "chiza 28" from seeding density,sowing date,potassium sulfate and urea.The study revealed that in the experiments,the more stable maximum yield(11441.74±1087.25㎏/ hm2) cultivation measures(95% confidence limits)of"chiza 28" were given : seeding densities for 82500~97500strain/ hm2,sowing date form May 21~May 26,potassium sulfate for 112.5~150㎏/ hm2,urea for 375~450㎏/ hm2.experiments indicated that urea is the first effective factor on yield,seeding density,sowing date,potassium sulfate are following.
