基于MAPGIS SDK及C#环境城镇地价动态监测查询系统开发探索

EXPLOITATION AND SEARCHING OF THE LAND FRICE DYNAMIC MONITORING SYSTEM IN CITYS AND TOWNS IN VIEW OF MAPGIS SDK AND C# ENVIRONMENT

结合城镇地价空间数据库及地价动态监测信息管理具体事例,对城镇地价监测及其空间信息查询系统的开发过程进行了探索和研究。首先阐述MapGis组件式SDK在Microsoft.NET环境C#语言中的引用与配置、系统需求分析与设计;随后讨论MapGis SDK空间查询方法在实例中的具体使用和结果信息表达过程以及空间数据与非空间数据(SQLServer)实时链接、动态同步翻转的实现过程;最后对实例中的关键技术及应用前景进行分析和总结。

The exploitation process of land price monitoring and spatial information inquiry system have been explored and searched associating with the definite instance of land price spatial dadabase and land price dynamic monitoring information management.Therefor,the addition and configuration of MAPGIS component SDK in C# language of Microsoft.NET environment and the system requirement demand analysis and design are illustrated firstly.Secondly,the specific using method about MAPGIS SDK spatial inquiring in this instance and the expressing process of result information have been discussed.Meanwhile,the realization process of realtime linking between spatial data and non spatial data（SQLserver） and their dynamic synchronic transformation have been studied.Finally,the key technology and it＇s application perspective in this paper are analysed and summarized.
