摘要
为了提高出油量,往往要采用相应的控制策略,实现冲程下慢上快的速度控制。数字电液比例控制技术是一种将数字信号成比例地转换成液压系统中连续的流量或是压力进而进行控制对象的技术。本文以拟应用于抽油机的电液比例技术为研究对象,验证一定压力下电液比例溢流阀对油缸速度的控制性能。系统中比例阀和压力阀共同作用,相互配合,实现了双压力、双调速的工作特点。本文以对活塞预定运动轨迹的实现为基础平台,对不同的流量值和压力值进行研究,试图找出两者间存在的关系和特点,进而依据两种因素给出的特点改善各自对应的控制策略,最终找到适合于各自因数的较好的控制策略。
In order to improve oil,the corresponding control strategy is used for realizing double speed.The digital electro-hydraulic proportional control is a kind of control technology which is converted the digital signal into a continuous flow value or pressure value in a hydraulic system in proportion.In this paper,the electro-hydraulic proportional system used in pump unit is studied,and the flow control and pressure is adopted for realizing the running speed in this system.In this paper,the relationship between flow and pressure value is identified based on the designed piston trajectory.Further,the suitable control strategy is found according to the relationship.
