摘要
相控阵超声检测作为一种高新技术无损检测方法,已经受到业内人士广泛关注。从相控阵超声检测技术的基本原理出发,对目前国内外相控阵超声的研究概况做了阐述。结合相控阵超声检测的诸多优点,介绍了该技术在焊缝检测方面的具体应用。针对再制造产业的发展需求,展望了相控阵超声在再制造领域的应用前景。
As a high technology method of nondestructive testing, phased array ultrasonic testing has drawn people＇s attention extensively in recent years. Firstly, the basic theory was introduced, and the general research situation of the phased array ultrasonic testing at home and abroad was stated in detail. Secondly, combined with some advantages of the phased array ultrasonic testing, the application in the weld was introduced. Finally, as to the demands of development, this article looked into the good prospect of phased array ultrasonic testing in the remanufacture.
