摘要
外方内圆的超导导体(PF)方管铠甲是国际热核聚变实验堆(ITER)托卡马克装置极向场线圈超导导体重要组成部分。为了确保其使用的安全性,需要对PF铠甲对接焊缝进行射线检测。由于PF铠甲外方内圆的结构,造成了射线检测的难度。采用了6次透照,检测时射线束倾斜一定角度的方法。试验结果表明,此方法满足铠甲焊缝无损检测的要求,并解决了黑度差的问题。
PF jacket which is round inside and square outside is one of the most important parts of ITER Tokamak device. Radiographic test is required to ensure its safety usage. But the special shape made test technology more difficult than ordinary jacket. We try to exposure six times and make rays source tilt fixed angle to solve the existing problem. The experiment results show this method can satisfy the test requirement on the PF butt welds and avoid density difference.
