摘要
针对电站钢结构主立柱翼板内部存在的断续夹层缺陷,用常规A型脉冲反射超声波检验时,按JB/T 4730—2005标准该翼板质量达到最差级别,Ⅴ级,该方法已不能满足缺陷监测要求。为解决缺陷的监测问题,进行了超声相控阵试验。试验证明在缺陷分辨率、检验灵敏度、缺陷反射波幅等方面,超声相控阵完全满足断续夹层的监测要求。在此基础上,提出了超声相控阵监测翼板断续夹层的实施方法及所需监测的关键参数等,以期为电厂的安全运行提供借鉴和参考。
The intermittent laminate of wing plate for steel construction in thermal power plant was V grade based on A scan pulseecho ultrasonic inspection while the standard of JB/T 4730--2005 was conducted. So A-scan pulse-echo ultrasonic inspection could not satisfy the requirement of monitoring. In order to solve the problem, phased array ultrasonic technology was applied. The experiment indicated that phased array ultrasonic technology could monitor the intermittent laminate based on resolution, sensitivity and reflected wave amplitude. The monitoring method and crucial parameter were proposed, which provided reference for safe operation of thermal power plant.
