摘要
本试验以meiguo618、矮大头2个油葵品种,皇姑大仁、大黑片2个食葵品种子叶不同部分P(近胚轴部分)、M(中间部分)、D(远胚轴部分)为材料,研究子叶的不同部位和基因型对子叶再生体系的影响。结果表明:4个供试向日葵品种子叶3个部分之间的分化率存在极显著差异,均表现由D部分至P部分分化率明显提高,其中Meiguo618子叶近胚轴P部分分化率最高,为66.7%。
We studied on the different parts(P、M、D) of sunflower cotyledons from four genotypes on the same medium to evaluate the regeneration efficiency from three different regions of cotyledon explants.The results showed that there were significant differentiation rate differences among three different regions of cotyledons and also had increasing trend from part D to part P.The P part of the Meiguo618 had the highest differentiation bud rate reaching 66.7%.
